Refund and Returns Policy
At Tron Technologies, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items purchased under clearance, sale, or special promotions (unless defective)
- Custom-built or specially ordered products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at trontechnologies.in@gmail.com or call us at +91 8448773299. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting images if applicable. Once your return is approved:
- We will arrange for the item to be picked up, or you may be asked to ship it to our address.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7โ10 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenโt received your refund within the specified time:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank.
